  1. One hook per post. Don't stack multiple hooks in one caption. Each hook is a full door-opener on its own. Pick one. Let it breathe.

How to use these callouts
The formula: "If you [X], I want you in [your offer]." — It calls her out by name. Her situation. Her pain. Her identity. She reads it and thinks 'that's me.' That's the only job this line has to do.
  1. Pick one callout. Post it exactly as written — or swap one word to make it yours. Each one works as a standalone reel, a carousel opening line, an Instagram caption, a Facebook post, a TikTok hook, or the first line of a DM.
  2. Post one callout per day. Don't post all 111 at once. One per day means 111 days of scroll-stopping content from this document alone.
  3. Rotate personas weekly. One persona per week keeps your message sharp and your audience growing in every direction.
  4. Use identity and pain callouts to grow cold audiences. They speak to women who don't know they need this yet. Use them on TikTok and Reels.
